Agreement and Commission Rate Commission Rate 30% of selling price.Consignor pays all on-line and eBay fees incurred per each item not to exceed $5.00 per item. Empire Antiques is responsible for retail store or Internet marketing for each consigned item. Empire Antiques will attempt to receive the highest possible selling price for each consigned item. Consignor agrees to pay the per item Internet fees and the per cent fee as stated above. When items are consigned the consignor and Empire Antiques will agree to a reserve price for each item. The reserve price reflects the consignor’s best possible price for timely marketing and sale of each item. Empire Antiques reserves the right to refuse any merchandise. Items consigned must be removed from current inventory and not offered for sale to any other party for a period of 30 business days during the process of active on-line commerce beginning with the date on the listing form. Full description and information regarding the items consigned must be made available to Empire Antiques. The consignor is responsible for the accuracy and verification of information regarding each item. If the full amount of the stated reserve price is not met within the term of agreement, Empire Antiques will contact the consignor to negotiate a new price, to be agreed upon by both consignor and Empire Antiques. Empire Antiques is not responsible for loss or damage to any consigned item(s) due to fire, theft, water damage, breakage or any other reason.
